Deliveries
Our final cut-off for Christmas orders is 5pm on Friday 6th December. Because of the size of our cartons the couriers are not able to guarantee delivery before Christmas, but we expect deliveries to be completed by Friday 13th December.
Orders received after 5pm on Friday 6th December will be delivered in January 2025. However, if you are stuck for a last-minute Christmas present, you can still order a gift certificate from us. The first deliveries after Christmas will begin from 8th January 2025.
Office hours
Our office is open up to and including Friday 20th December 2024 for sales enquiries and fruit tree advice.
We are then closed and we re-open on Monday 6th January 2025.
We will still answer emails and enquiries made through our website during the holiday period, but there may be a delay before we reply.
Ordering online
You can place orders on our website throughout this period. Orders received up to and including 1st January 2025 can be delivered during the week beginning 13th January or later on in the winter. Winter in the best time to plant trees (unless the ground is frozen in which case we will liaise with you to re-arrange delivery).
