Shidare albizia (silk) trees for sale

All our pot-grown trees are grown for us to our specification by the Frank P Matthews nursery.

Sorry we have not produced any trees of this variety this season.

    How to grow

Like all Albizias, Shidare is not particularly cold-hardy and needs to be protected from frost. It does best when to be planted in a sheltered area in full sun, in well-drained soil.

It grows with a wide spreading habit, with the long bi-pinnate leaves cascading down attractively.
